I paid $400 for a service that fell drastically short of basic professional standards. We run a strict shoe-free household. Despite repeatedly asking the cleaners to remove their shoes or wear booties, they ignored me and walked all over our home—including our carpeted basement—in their outside shoes. I even used Google Translate in Spanish to make sure there was no language barrier; they still ignored the request. Booties were only put on after I called management directly. Worse, they never disinfected the carpet they contaminated. Additionally, we specifically requested a HEPA vacuum for the basement carpets, but there were zero vacuum lines or signs of cleaning when they left. The company blamed the delay on "pet fur," which is completely dishonest considering our cats were restricted to a single 50 sq. ft. wooden floor room . To top it off, the team left their cleaning supplies inside our house and left the trash bag on our patio instead of placing it in the trash can. Claiming you’ve been in communication with me for the last 18 months is completely dishonest. My husband hired your team for a single move-in clean back in 2025, and we haven't had any contact with your company since then until this booking. I see that you’re used to a 5/5 review, so when you receive something less then, instead of being defensive you need to relook at where your team went wrong. The service was ok not great which I expected due to the amount being paid.

The crew also spent significantly more time than originally estimated due to the amount of buildup and fur in the home. We had been in communication for about a year, with 18 emails exchanged before you decided to hire us, and we truly wanted to make sure everything was handled properly. If we had known you were unhappy, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns and make things right. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Our regular house cleaner had some health issues and could not continue. So, we were looking for a good, reliable, effective service that could take care of our Sunset house. Checkbook recommended Cleanerific and, after the first visit, they seem to live up to their billing and their "punny" name - Clean(t)er(r)ifc Indeed! Easy to schedule, very responsive service (another cleaning service VERY HIGHLY rated on Yelp I tried to contact still did not get back to me), honest in communication... But, the best of all, their three-person crew arrived on time, did a fabulous job cleaning. They were through, careful, and respectful of all we agreed on! Hope for many years of the same! Just wanted to post an update after experiencing the services for a significant amount of time: everything stated above is still true - The quality has been kept high and we are all very much appreciating it! Also, whenever we needed it rescheduled (because of visitors or our travels) Mariana has been more than accommodating! Thank you Cleanerific! Keeps going strong - good cleaning and a great customer service. Update: I really appreciate Mariana for the great customer service and responsiveness and care from all the people from Cleanerific. We had a small issue with consistency of hardwood cleaning (materials used to clean), and Mariana reviewed it and took care of it. The cleaning crew was also great and responsive to our comments! Another great customer service touchpoint. As we are going on a vacation, one of our regular scheduled times was in the middle of the vacation and the next one was one day after we come back, the day we have to rest and prepare for work. Clearly, neither of these would work. So, I called Mariana and she arranged for single cleaning to happen the day before we come home so that clean house is waiting for us. Love it!!
