Making the appointment online was a breeze. The team of two quickly understood what needed to be done and were thorough. I plan to hire them again for the next deep cleaning. I have never been disappointed with their services.

We appreciate your trust and look forward to many more years serving you!
So my children had used their services many times but I had never tried them. We are now in a house with high ceilings and high cabinets and I was fairly sure that I couldn't reach those safely at my age so we called them in and what an amazing job they did. They cleaned everything high and low and did it safely. And frankly the house hasn't been this clean since we moved in. So we will be using them many times in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough

Good job done. We asked for a basic cleaning, and the cleaner did well. Prices were competitive. I will use their services again.

Thank you so much for the great feedback, John! We are so glad to hear you had a fantastic experience with us and liked our service.
We definitely look forward to hopefully take care of your home again soon! :)
I paid for the extra deep cleaning service and what we got was very subpar. Dust still everywhere, spider webs on curtain rods, and dirt on the mirrors. Would not recommend. We added on every extra to make sure it would get done, disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Kallie. This is very important to us.
We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the results of your cleaning. Please know that we take your experience and satisfaction very seriously at Cleaning Glow.
We were not made aware of any concerns following the cleaning, so unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to address the areas you mentioned or send someone back to make them right.
We did speak with our cleaner afterward, and she shared that the unit required an unusually heavy-duty cleaning and she spent more time than usual to finish the job. That said, we understand that this does not change your experience or the areas you feel were missed.
We genuinely wish you had reached out to us directly, because we stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and would have been happy to work with you to resolve the concerns.
Your trust means a great deal to us, and we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us at 415-413-8005 or [email protected] so we can personally assist you.
We hope you’ll give us the chance to provide you with the experience you expected and deserve.
