You cannot run a rental property in the OBX without an amazing cleaner. Angelica is responsive, kind, and thorough. I don’t have enough words to describe her!
Angelica and her team have been cleaning our home for about the last six plus years and we could not be happier. They are very professional and do a fantastic job. They are so kind and pleasant to work with and at times we’ve had to adjust the schedule due to various issues and Angelica has been more than willing to work with us. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. They are so reliable professional and trustworthy. I can’t say enough about every single person on the team. They are terrific.
I have been using Angelica and the Heavenly Cleaning team for just over three years, and I truly couldn't be happier with their service. They take care of the cleaning for our beach home, including Airbnb turnovers when it's being rented, as well as cleaning it for our family's personal use. No matter the situation, the home is always spotless and guest-ready. Angelica is incredibly professional, has an exceptional work ethic, and takes great pride in everything she does. She communicates clearly, is dependable, and is someone I completely trust with our home. Knowing that she's taking care of everything gives me complete peace of mind, whether we're welcoming Airbnb guests or arriving for a family stay. The quality of their work is second to none. They pay attention to every detail, are thorough and efficient, and consistently exceed my expectations. Angelica is, without question, the best cleaner I've ever had, and I recommend Heavenly Cleaning without hesitation. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and top-quality cleaning service, you won't find anyone better. Five stars all the way!

Angelica and the cleaning Heavenly team are amazing! We have been using them for over two years and we constantly get praise from our guests on how clean our house is after turnovers. What I like the most is Angelica keeps us informed right away if there is a potential issue with our house. Professional, responsive, kind, and got me scheduled quickly. They did an amazing job on a very messy area I needed done and had no time to do. Price was more than reasonable, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you so much
Five Stars All the Way! From the moment I reached out to Cleaning Heavenly , I was met with professionalism and warmth that set the tone for an exceptional experience. Scheduling the first deep cleaning service was a breeze, thanks to their owner Angelica, who listened attentively to our needs. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived punctually, equipped with all the necessary tools and eco-friendly cleaning products to get the job done right. They were courteous, respectful of our space and puppy, and went above and beyond to ensure that every nook and cranny of our home was immaculate. Their attention to detail is astounding. From the sparkling kitchen countertops and glasses to the dust-free shelves, perfect bedrooms, and the pristine bathrooms, it was evident that the team takes great pride in their work. They even tackled those often-neglected areas, like baseboards and ceiling fans, leaving our home away from home feeling fresher than ever. The transformation of our house was incredible. It was a pleasure to walk through our home and see it shine in a way it hadn’t in years. They are the only service we’ll use going forward. If you’re seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented cleaning service, look no further than Cleaning Heavenly. Their exceptional team, eco-friendly approach, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction have earned them a well-deserved five stars from me. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to breathe new life into their home.
Unfortunately, we must rate Cleaning Heavenly in Kitty Hawk NC as HORRIBLE due to UNRESPONSIVENESS AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISES MADE. Angelica visited our home in August 2024. She did not follow through and provide us an estimate for weekly cleaning. We sent an email 10Sep2024 requesting service. We responded to the 12Sep2024 email from Angelica with our availability to visit our home again. She never responded.
