I heard about this company from a friend who had her home cleaned at their Houston location. When we found out they also had a branch in my area, I decided to give them a shot. I knew the cleaners would be different, but I was hoping for the same great experience she had. They did not disappoint! The deep clean was everything I expected and more. My place looks so fresh and pristine now. Definitely no regrets, and I'm glad their service quality stays consistent!
Absolutely loved the cleaning service! The results were better than what I've experienced with other companies, and everything was done to my satisfaction. It was nice being able to focus on other things and unwind while my home finally got a proper deep cleaning. The entire experience was smooth, and I felt reassured that I'd be happy with the outcome. Definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for dependable cleaners whose reviews match the real experience. Very satisfied customer!
I've booked different cleaning companies here in Boston, but this one remains my go to! Vitoria and her team did an outstanding job cleaning my place. What I really liked was how they kept me informed, from letting me know when she would arrive to sharing the results before she left. I wasn't home while they were cleaning, so getting those updates was really reassuring. It made me feel comfortable knowing everything was taken care of properly. Really grateful for the great service!
I hired a professional cleaning service for my rental property since I'm planning to list it on Airbnb for the first time. Booking was quick and hassle free, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job! They went through every room and made sure even the corners were spotless. Huge thanks to the team! It feels so good knowing the place is clean and ready for guests before I put it up for booking. One less thing to worry about, and I couldn't be happier with the results!
I was a little nervous about arranging a last-minute cleaning, but everything turned out to be much easier than I expected. Their customer support agent was kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. When the cleaner arrived, the work was done carefully and thoroughly, with no hassle on my end. Their happiness guarantee was another big plus for me. They promise to return within 24 hours for a free re-clean if you're not happy with the results, and they'll give you a full refund if you're still dissatisfied. I thought that was a pretty reassuring offer, so I decided to give them a try. I'm happy to say the cleaning turned out so well that I didn't need to use the guarantee at all!
I wish I'd discovered this cleaning service sooner! I've booked with a different company in the past, but I was never completely satisfied because there was always a problem with communication, the quality of the work, or the cost. This experience was a refreshing change. Everything went smoothly, and the deep cleaning was worth every dollar. You can tell the team put effort into doing a proper job. Thanks to everyone in Cleanzen Boston who made it a good experience! Would book again without hesitation.
I kept putting off booking professional cleaners because I assumed the process would be complicated, especially since it was my first time. But wow, everything was easier than I expected! Customer service helped me with my questions, I could choose what I wanted cleaned, and the payment and scheduling went smoothly. The cleaners showed up and did a wonderful job, too. The whole experience was convenient from start to finish, and I didn't have to stress over anything. Definitely a great first experience and one I'd recommend to others!
