Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and thorough interior and exterior treatments as key aspects of the service. Technicians are described as knowledgeable, often explaining pest prevention and answering questions during quarterly visits. However, some reviewers criticize the mandatory 24-month contract structure, claiming it forces continued service even after pests are eliminated. Additional complaints mention inconsistent effectiveness for specific insects and occasional lack of communication upon arrival.

Zack was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough while completing our interior pest control treatment. What really stood out to me was how he took the time to interact with my kids, explaining what he was doing and answering their questions along the way. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that extra time to make the experience both informative and comfortable for the whole family. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Excellent customer service all around! Highly recommend Zack!

Zachary came out this morning for our quarterly pest control service, and we couldn’t be happier with the job he did! He was delayed about 45 minutes due to an unexpected emergency on the way to our home, but we really appreciated him still making it out. Once he arrived, he was incredibly thorough, took his time, and paid attention to every detail. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a great job. We really appreciate his effort and would highly recommend Zachary to anyone looking for excellent service!
