Customers consistently praise the thoroughness of interior and exterior treatments, noting effective results for pests like spiders and wasps. Reviewers highlight the professionalism of technicians, who often provide detailed explanations, answer questions, and maintain open communication regarding service schedules. While most feedback is positive, a few low-star reviews describe unauthorized door-to-door solicitation attempts and disputes over contract cancellation terms, indicating potential issues with marketing practices.

Today Joey was out for our quarterly inspection and application and did an amazing job. He pointed out several areas that he took extra time to address. We only started the service about three months ago, but so far our extremely happy with the professionalism and service that we are getting.
Doug, thanks for choosing ClearDefense for your first service visit. I’m glad Miquela took the time to explain the products and process, and we appreciate your understanding about the rain delaying the cobweb control and power spray. We’ll get that follow-up scheduled as soon as the weather clears so we can keep things moving in the right direction.
