Customers frequently praise Cleveland Bee Removal for rapid response times, same-day service availability, and clear communication regarding scheduling and arrival. Reviewers note that technicians provide thorough inspections for bees, wasps, and other pests, often at reasonable prices with online payment options. However, a few low-star reviews criticize staff for rude phone interactions, hanging up on callers, or leaving property damage unaddressed after completing the removal job.

They were able to come take care of a yellow jacket nest in our wall quickly and took care of the problem professionally, also looking around for any additional trouble spots for flying insects, or, at my request, for places rodents could enter. They were friendly and worked with our schedule and location.
Very professional and very knowledgeable about how to get the job done. And then did it. Bee nest removal. Thank you Halley!
I requested an appointment for autumn preventative treatment, got a phone call within 15 minutes of my request, and the service was completed the same afternoon!
Quick, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! My go-to for wasps.
I’ve used Cleveland Bee Removal twice now. They are quick to respond to a service inquiry, they updated me via text message on when they would be arriving to my home, and they texted when they were done. The online payment options are great as well. They even gave me follow up instructions/when to call back if needed. I will continue to use and recommend Cleveland Bee Removal.
Thank you! We try to keep all our clients informed and respond quickly.
Fantastic response and experience. Called them on a Friday expecting that they'd hopefully be able to get me in the next week. They arrived in 2 hours. Same day - hardly 2 hours after I called. They did a full inspection around the outside, and within 30 minutes or so fixed the yellow jacket problem at the front door. Highly recommend.
Quick , efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Got rid of my bald face hornets in a matter of minutes.
This company is great.... i found a bee hive, in my yawning in the morning..... called them in the early afternoon and within 2 hours, they contacted me, and sent out a bee tech, and done.... pricing very very, reasonable..
It's very important for us to respond quickly and take care of you the best we can.
I submitted an inquiry to Cleveland Bee Removal and received a call within 24 hours. I had an issue with a yellow jackets nest in my walls. They have very fast communication and got me in quickly. Jessica was prompt and kind, she educated me on my problem and walked me through all of the steps. I was very grateful for her! She was able to identify where the source of the nest was, which unfortunately was beneath my floorboard and above the ceiling. Within 48 hours of her treating the issue the yellow jackets were gone! I definitely recommend this company.
Excellent, thorough, professional service.
