This review is for the boo at the zoo only. Not a regular trip to the zoo. Boo at the zoo was horrible. It was the weakest effort ive seen for any event. Tickets were $22 a piece online. They had less than 10 characters in costumes, 10 candy stations that were spread out and confusing, my kids didn't even get a half a bag of candy and it was alot of cheap candy. We will never go there again period! $88 for massive walking and cheap candy 😂
Gotta say I haven't been here since late '70s. Cleveland Zoo has grown up nicely with the times. Great experience. Fun times w the grand kids. Price was actually very affordable for all there was to do!
The zoo itself is amazing. Great events, wonderful layout, things to do for all ages. But man, the parking is AWFUL. I'm not sure what the solution is, but they need to add more parking badly for major events and busy days.
Boo at the Zoo was very disappointing. $20+ per person 2y and up but One piece of candy per kid and if you have a kid over 10y employees don’t want to give you candy. Half of it was Christmas lights too!!!
May not be the best zoo I’ve ever been to but I still love the Cleveland zoo, I really enjoy the yearly night fundraiser event during the lantern festival with unlimited drinks and snacks
