Only problem that I have with the agent was that She underpriced the house for a quick money. I don't do that. Those days all of the agents are desperate, so they will intentionally underprice person's house to make quick money. How else would they cover their own bills?. So, i supposed to loose all that money, so She can make quick sale. I don't deal with people like that. I didn't hire one of their agents. I had several agents over to my house and their agent gave me the lowest price. So, how do different agents and agencies get different prices.? I rest my case. This is why I never trusted any of the agents, no matter who they work for.

What a joke this service is. The realtor they referred (Wayne Newcomb) was very invested in earning our business and returned calls and emails regularly. Once that contract was signed he pretty much fell off the face of the Earth. He brought us a buyer and said it was a cash offer so the closing would be faster. It was NOT. It took longer and we found out at closing that it was not a cash offer. We had to frequently text and call him for updates. We found out from our lawyer that he was the one who was holding up the process. He would lose emails and not return things on time. Then he made a mistake with the paperwork and needed an addendum to the contract. Once we closed, he kept texting us to get the tenant's contact information. We didn't even have it anymore since we gave everything to our lawyer. Incredibly unprofessional behavior. This guy made almost 8 grand from us and we and our lawyer had to do a lot of the leg work. Honestly, Clever should refund us the fee they made off of our realtor. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My experience with Clever Real Estate has been very positive. The process was simple, quick, and easy to understand. I was matched with several local real estate agents, which allowed me to compare them, ask questions, and choose the person who seemed like the best fit for selling my home. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or obligation. Clever gave me options while still allowing me to remain in control of the final decision. The agents contacted me promptly, were professional, and were willing to explain their experience, marketing plans, and commission structure. Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but Clever made the first steps much easier and helped me find qualified local agents without having to search on my own. The potential savings on commission are also a major benefit. So far, I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Clever Real Estate to anyone who wants help finding an agent while keeping selling costs more reasonable.

Do not use this company!!! They will give you an offer then try to low ball you at the very last minute. I was working with Nico and he told me not to worry and that it was a done deal. Then he had me sign an addendum stating that he needed more time to get an inspection done. He is a liar and tried to get me to sell my home to him for $70,000 less than the original offer. Horrible business and bad customer service. I was told by their customer service agent that they would get me in touch with a different agent but never heard from them. The following week I let their management know how horrible of an experience I had and they were unable to fix the issues Nico had caused. They called today to try and get another agent and I was fed up at this point. Horrible company. Save your time and go to Opendoor!
