Can’t say enough about how much we loved working with Scott and his team. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. The design suggestions were spot on and the install happened faster than my work meeting in the other room. I’ve worked as a licensed general contractor in California for over 50 years. Which is to say that I am somewhat jaded when it comes to dealing with California sub-contractors or fabricators. It is rare that a sub-contractor or fabricator reports to the job site on the date and at the time as promised. It is also rare for a sub-contractor or fabricator to actually do what they said they were going to do, in the amount of time and for the price promised. There always seems to be an excuse or explanation for why they couldn’t keep their promises, and it’s usually somebody else’s fault. As a result, I’ve become accustomed to “settling” more often than I would like to. It’s saner than battling. Recently, I solicited Closet Solutions to fabricate and install storage cabinets in my garage. In a brief meeting at my home with a Designer from Closet Solutions, Alzbeta Finkelstein, my cabinets were designed and materials selected, on-the-spot, and the designer made no attempt to up-sell me features I did not ask for. I was given an installation date on the same day I signed a contract. On the designated installation date, the Closet Solutions installation crew arrived at the appointed time. They were very skilled and professional, and promptly assembled and installed the cabinets, doors and hardware in a flawless manner without issues of any kind. I could not be more pleased. When I moved into my new home last November, I had a nice-sized walk-in with a single shelf around that top that was coming out of the wall and, basically, rickety shower curtain rods as hanging bars that fell down whenever you hung up too many items. Underneath I stowed bags and bins and bundles I could not get to. I priced the dimensions of self-install pieces and saw that a closet design company would end up not costing much more and would do all the work and use the space most efficiently. I looked at them all and picked Closet Solutions and am so happy I did -- they did an amazing job! Alzbeta was my designer, I had read great reviews of her online so I was happy she was assigned to me. She was quick and efficient, followed exactly what I told her I wanted, did not try to upsell me with features and finishes I made clear I did not need, had a design for me within a few hours that maximized every inch of my walk-in closet with tons of efficient storage. Then installation was ready two weeks earlier than scheduled. I have a light, bright space with tons of secure hanging, movable shelves that I can readjust, and every inch of space used. Install was professional and neat. Highly recommend!

You will get something that is customized to your exact needs and is professionally installed, at a cost that is extremely reasonable. What a great experience from start to finish. First, the response to my customer inquiry was quick, and Raena was very helpful in connecting with the designer assigned to my project. Eva Shiroma connected with me the next day and was flexible to work with my hybrid work schedule. Eva came to my home. She was so kind and was a pleasure to meet and work with. Eva could pick up on our style, give us options, and incorporate some of our feedback into the design. Eva prepared a design for us and nailed it. The most straightforward thing stood out for us: adding backing to the wardrobe closet. The other companies said we didn't need it, but having the backing gives the custom closet a complete finish. Claudio was the installer of the custom closet, and he was professional from start to finish, from protecting our floors by laying cloth on the floor to making sure to take the time to bring the closet to life.
