Google reviewers rate Closets by Design 4.9 out of 5 based on 1757 reviews, with the owner responding to 96 percent of them. Customers frequently praise the design consultants for their punctuality, clear communication, and ability to create functional layouts that fit specific budgets. However, a pattern of low-star reviews highlights significant issues with post-sale support, including missed installation appointments, damaged deliveries, and dissatisfaction with the durability of materials used in the final products.

We just moved to La Quinta, Ca. Knowing no one we called Closets by Design to give a lay out for our primary closet and 2 pantry style closets. Ivy showed up on time listened our ideas and wants and within two hours came up with a fabulous design and a great price. We look forward to the completion of all three projects with confidence that they will be as beautiful as they were on the layout that Ivy worked out for us in
