all instructors are excellent. They are very nice and always encourage us. The workouts have been very effective; within a year, I went from 145 pounds down to 130 pounds.

Andrea is a gem. She is fluent on finding an alternative activity if one is unable to perform the set movement. I enjoy her classes bcus I’m still able to get a good sweat and stretch even though my movements were different. My back, knees, neck and shoulder thank you!

I had a beautiful experience at Club Pilates Crofton. As a result of the warm greeting upon arrival and the very knowledgeable staff I was well taken care of. The class was also very enjoyable, the instructor (Roman) was helpful in ensuring that each of the students form was on point. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Chula is amazing. Instructions are clear, sessions have good coverage of the muscle groups, breaks are perfect length to catch your breath without losing momentum. 10/10 would recommend
