Relatively new to Pilates and finding it very beneficial. Truly enjoyed Sara’s class and how she presented her instructions. Clear, precise, allowing time to implement before moving on and even demonstrating. Left class feeling very satisfied, like I had a really good workout! It's a very comfortable, welcoming studio.

Moved here from NJ a few months ago. Love the studio. Everyone friendly and welcoming, including front desk. Love Mickey great instructor, motivating, encouraging and fun. Always a great workout!

The instructor Incorporated a ball while on the reformer, which is something new, I had not tried before

Annette is very thoughtful in her Pilates practice with the class. We all get what we need in Center and Balance. I love this class on Sunday. It sets me up for a great week.
