Laura’s Cardio Sculpt 2 class is an absolute standout! She is incredibly engaging, well prepared, and brings such positive energy and enthusiasm to every class. Her workouts are thoughtfully planned, challenging, and packed with high intensity activities that get your heart rate up while still maintaining the precision, control, and attention to alignment that make Pilates so effective.
Laura does an excellent job of keeping the class moving, offering clear and precise instructions, and ensuring that every exercise has a purpose. She strikes the perfect balance between cardio, strength, and intentional movement, pushing you to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form and technique. You leave feeling energized, accomplished, and knowing you’ve had an incredible full body workout!
Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her ability to keep you engaged from beginning to end makes the time fly by. If you’re looking for a challenging, high energy class that combines intensity with the precision of Pilates, Laura’s Cardio Sculpt 2 is a must!! I had a wonderful first class with Sarah! She approached me at the beginning of class to ask my name and find out whether I had any injuries that might require modifications, which made me feel welcomed and well cared for. The class started on time and flowed extremely well from beginning to end. Sarah has such a calming, soothing voice that made the experience especially enjoyable. After being away for two months, this was the perfect class to ease me back into Pilates. I truly enjoyed it and will definitely sign up for Sarah’s classes again whenever she is teaching at a time that works with my schedule!
