Gabby’s classes are well paced for all to follow and challenging for participants who are looking more advanced movements. She is very creative incorporating core pilates movements and keeps participants engaged. Gabby’s cue’s are very helpful reminding clients to breath, have proper body alignment, and engage their core. Anna is FANTASTIC! I look forward to her 2.0 class every week. I sometimes question my life choices during it, but the more times I wonder if I’m going to survive, the more I overall love the class. Anna is a ray of sunshine the moment you walk into the studio and no doubt she helps set the tone of the entire studio on an everyday basis.
