Perhaps this business is out of business??? Over the last month, we have called the listed number 2 times, sent email, and requested to be contacted for a quote via their website. To date NO RESPONSE! We liked what we saw on their website and the reviews, but maybe they’re too busy for new business?

This was the second time Craig came to clean a rug/carpet in our home. He was punctual and did a great job! He was able to successfully clean a large area rug in our bedroom and got many pee stains from multiple dogs off of our finished basement carpet- which we did not think was possible! I highly recommend Craig and we will likely be calling him again!

I have been using Coastal Carpet Cleaning for years. Craig never disappoints in the quality and thorough cleaning of our carpets. He is prompt, efficient and personable. I highly recommend Coastal Carpet Cleaning. May I also add, we have, at times, 5 dogs at the house so you can only imagine the amount of cleaning that needs to happen.
