absolutely cannot recommend marissa enough!! she took amazing care of me and my babygirl throughout my whole pregnancy and after! truly consider her family now!! she offers late appointments which is what me and my fiancé had to do due to his job and it worked out wonderfully, we’d always sit and talk about pregnancy, random things, catching up, and it was wonderful!! after we’d always go and check on babygirl and we got to see her every appointment which i LOVED! marissa was there anytime we had any questions! they have a playroom in the clinic so if you have other children they can go play while you talk and have your appointment, my niece came with me a few times and LOVED playing with the other kids there and all the toys. all in all, truly LOVE marissa and her team! absolutely would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Can’t recommend this place enough! i get to see baby every appointment, everyone is so friendly and personable, Marissa the head midwife is amazing and so good at answering any questions that arise. i’m very upset i’ll be moving and can’t continue care with them, i truly was so lucky to have you and didn’t even know. there’s a donations room where you can take anything you may need, the children running around the halls will always give you a belly laugh, my fear of needles was always taken very seriously and numbing cream was always involved, and i’m truly convinced i’ll never find better care anywhere else. i’m really gonna miss you girls 🫶🏻 thank you for making my first pregnancy a cake walk and far less intimidating than it originally felt! PS to mamas, if having a male provider is scary for you, while all the love goes to him, it’s currently just Marissa and her girls. He’s delivering beautiful babies in Florida and she’s working on updating the website 🫶🏻 don’t let the photos scare you away from the most loving care in this state 🫶🏻 there’s a reason they have 5 stars across the board!!
Marissa took over our care when Jake moved and she took such amazing care of us! Any issue that came up or anytime we just needed assurance that baby was okay she made herself available! Her and Erin have always been listening ears and we loved our visits they always felt like we were at home with a welcoming spirit. I recommend them to everyone I can! And we thank you for taking such care of our growing family!

What amazing people! The relaxed coastal atmosphere feels more spa-like than medical, although the care is highly professional! It truly is a family friendly place. Kids are welcome, even my little 7 month old had to tag along, and everyone was more than willing to help while I received care. I really enjoyed meeting everyone today. I am actually sad I haven’t been coming here all along! I’ll be coming back here for future needs, Lord willing!
I went there for an annual check up and everything was wonderful. From the atmosphere to the team making me feel comfortable I would recommend this place to anyone. The day I’m ready to have a child I know where I’m going🫶🏾🫶🏾.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jacob Mearse and his team! He took such great care of me through my entire pregnancy and birth! I felt so seen and safe under their care! Highly recommend his services to anyone!
(This is my husbands account)When I got on with Jake and April late in my pregnancy after several bad experiences with OB’s,I appreciated that Jake and April take the time to listen to concerns,are not pushy and are huge on informed consent.They have put a lot of work into making sure their families (both moms and dads)are taken care of,listened to and comfortable.I only had three appointments before I went into very unexpected preterm labor but in those appointments they gained my trust and made me feel very comfortable.Jake and April were not able to deliver my baby(although Jake did hand her to me)because she was preterm but they were able to sit at the hospital with me all day for emotional support.If they had not been there sneaking me food I would have gone nearly 24 hours without eating because the nurses did not want me to eat while I was in labor and because we had Jake for a second opinion we were able to more confidently make decisions regarding our little girl that I wasn’t comfortable with originally because a pediatrician was trying to pressure us into it.Jake and April are not just a CNM and a doula that we see for an occasional appointment but they have become family to us.As a young,first time mom who went through something really scary I can say that they (along with the help of the Lord)made what could have been a very traumatic birth something that I will always look back on and be thankful for.
Today was my first time ever meeting these lovely people, and I’m telling you I’m willing to make the 4 hour drive from out of town just to continue being seen by Dr. Mearse and his PHENOMENAL team. Thank you guys so much for your support and understanding ❤️
