We found Coastal Outdoor Construction to be easy to work with and very professional. The created a beautiful outdoor structure for us and completed it quickly. We highly recommend them to anyone who has an outdoor project!
The guys were very nice and Respectful and the floor of the deck looks great, however, they did not return like they said they would with a heat gun to patch a few places in the new boards they installed. They ripped three places in our Screen enclosure and scratched the railing badly when they took it off, then replaced it again. The railing appears to be broken in two places now.
Coastal Outdoor Construction performed outstanding work replacing our 20+-year-old Trex deck with a new Trex deck. The work was done in the rear of our house, which is 1-1/2 miles south of San Marco Square, adjacent to "The Duck Pond." The crew worked quickly and efficiently and were responsive when we had questions and concerns. When the job was done, we were very pleased with the result. The new deck is beautiful. We will need to wait a few months for the wood to cure so we can stain it, and then the deck will look even better. I only have positive things to say about Coast Outdoor Construction.
Excellent work at a fair price.
Great service from first call to finished product! They are professional, honest, timely and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them!
Thanks Karen, we are thrilled to hear the kind words about our team! Much appreciate the recommendation!
We could not have found a better company to replace our decks! Top notch customer service from the estimate process to the final product. Highly recommend Coastal Outdoor Construction for all of your deck and outdoor construction needs.
Thank you, Katherine. Glad the decks came out right and the process was easy from the estimate on. Enjoy them.
The crew did a fantastic job removing an old pergola and installing a new deck. Very pleased with the job.
Thank you, Joan. Swapping the old pergola for a new deck is a big change, and we're glad you're happy with it.
Nice folks, but be sure you understand the rules of the financing companies you recommend. We have a high credit score but were denied because we own a mobile home, resulting in a hard credit inquiry and no deck. We then offered cash for a smaller job but were told it was too small. We ended up hiring another company for the smaller project and they will be building our new deck and a fence in January. Because, not all jobs are too small if it results in more business. I thought.
Hi Lorrie, thank you for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words about our team, and we’re sorry that we weren’t ultimately able to complete your project. We understand how disappointing it can be when financing doesn’t work out as expected. Financing approval and lending requirements are determined by the financing provider, not Coastal Outdoor Construction, and we always encourage customers to review those requirements carefully before applying. As for the smaller project, we do have minimum project requirements due to the costs associated with scheduling, labor, materials, and completing the work properly. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to accommodate the smaller scope at that time. We’re glad you were able to find a contractor who could take on the project. We appreciate the opportunity to have spoken with you and wish you the best with your upcoming deck and fence projects.
Go somewhere else. Follow up after final payment is made is non existent. My hot-tub surround is still unfinished as the company still owes me plugs to cover my screw holes. This was promised within a week of finishing deck 4.5 months ago and it never happened. I followed up with JADEN 13 times since April and twice he said there would be a crew that would show up and finish the project. Never happened. TLDR don’t pay till 100% done. Build quality is 7/10 follow through 0/10
Jay, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take every review seriously and use it to evaluate how we communicate with our clients once a project is complete. We appreciate you choosing Coastal Outdoor Construction for your project and wish you many great seasons enjoying your outdoor space.
Coastal did a great job installing my pavers and deck. Their attention to detail really stood out and communications from Heather and Rachel exceeded my expectations. Overall a great build at a fair price. I can’t thank you enough!
Thanks Lillian! Glad our crew was able to exceed expectations as that is the service we strive for! Call us back again for any new projects!
