Coastal is great - and Cedric is wonderful. Listens and addresses the problems at hand and is thorough, professional and friendly.
We highly recommend Coastal, but Tremaine in particular has always done a great job when doing the treatments for our house. Always polite and courteous. These guys did great job. I had a few questions. He answered them clearly I was very impressed.
The employee arrived 40 min after the 4 hr window of time. He then sat in his car with the radio playing for another 10 min. Was not as friendly as usual pest guys & acted like he was in a hurry. It was my first disappointing experience with Coatal pest.
Tremaine is awesome! Always does an excellent job. He’s the 3 “P’s” - polite, personable & professional!
David is thorough and always a pleasure to work with.

Great job.
Have had Coastal Pest Control at my home in Jolliff Woods for 30 plus years. They perform our Annual Termite Inspection & Contract & Quarterly Pest Control. Never had any problems with the company or any of the staff. Only high respect & praise go out to them.
Lance is very knowledgeable and as always did an excellent job! He is very personable and explained our different treatment options clearly.
Lance called in advance. He was very kind and respectful to my 84 yrs old mother. He explained what he found, his treatment and expected results. He also said that if we see active insects after 2 weeks, to call for a follow up treatment. Make sure you keep Lance around for a long time of excellent customer service!

Cedric arrived as scheduled and had completed all of the pest service. As I arrived home, he got out of his vehicle and showed an area of ant incursion. He discussed what to look for if further treatment is needed; and to call if further work if necessary. Cedric is always professional and helpful. So thankful to get his advice and help. Thank you

Great service and polite as always.
Fred did an excellent job. He informed me on what he would be doing and afterwards explained everything with clear explanations of good findings and those areas that need to be watched. Coastal is my go to company for inspections and exterminations.
Great customer service everytime!
Loved how efficient my tech, Tore, was! Also very happy disposition and didn’t mind my mishap of spilling mop water. I think he enjoyed the Carol Burnett scene I was doing. YES, I just aged myself.
