Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and thoroughness of technicians when cleaning carpets, rugs, furniture, and hard floors. Positive feedback highlights clear communication regarding arrival times and pricing, as well as effective stain removal and quick drying times. However, some reviewers report dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of tile and grout cleaning, citing issues where surfaces reverted to their original state after drying or where grout was damaged. Other criticisms include concerns about unexpected charges and ventilation safety during the service.

Could someone please check on my charges? I have never paid that much to have my rugs cleaned. It was for 4 rugs and my couch. They were here for about 90 minutes.
