Customers frequently cite punctual arrivals, clear communication, and thorough inspections for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. Many note that technicians explain issues clearly and leave work areas clean, while others appreciate fair pricing and honest assessments without unnecessary upsells. However, some low-star reviews highlight patterns of missed appointments, delayed responses to follow-up calls, and instances where initial repairs failed, requiring additional visits or resulting in higher costs compared to competitors.

Cody and Sons earned a 5-star review from the moment we met them through the successful completion of our complete HVAC overhaul and a brand-new water heating system.
Professional and punctual**: From the very first meeting, Jeff and his team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and ran a smooth job site from start to finish.
Truly exceptional workmanship**: They completed the upgrades expertly and ensured everything was done correctly the first time.
Flexible and accommodating**: Jeff and the team were extremely flexible with our timeline, working around our needs and adjusting as necessary without any hassle.
Exceeded expectations**: Overall, they went above and beyond what we expected in both quality and service.
We’re very grateful for the care and professionalism Cody and Sons brought to our home. Highly recommended!
