Great experience with this hybrid water heater installation. The plumber was professional, friendly, explained everything and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. Very satisfied with the service.

Good guys. Prompt and reliable. Unfortunately for me, had 2 problems back to back while renovating my upstairs bathroom. Luckily Dave got Josh over within an hour both times. Avoided a bigger headache. Thanks for taking care of me Josh and Dave

My experience with David was remarkable. He installed a new boiler, water heater, oil tank. His work is impeccable. It was a big job, he completed as he said he would. Left the place in perfect order. I would highly recommend this company
I had a great experience working with Coelho's Plumbing. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear and timely, which made scheduling and coordination effortless. The work itself was done efficiently and very cleanly, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Everything was completed exactly as expected, and they left the space spotless when they were finished. On top of that, they were just genuinely nice, personable people, which made the whole process even better. I called Coelho Sunday afternoon regarding my leaking shower he told me he would come right in the morning Monday as promised and fixed my leaking shower and the power of my water pressure is so much better than before !
Worst plumbing company in new bedford started a job for us 6 months ago and never came to finish tired of calling and leaving messages and no response... never pay ahead cause they dont come back...

For clarity, it is standard practice in the plumbing industry, across most trades actually, to require deposits in advance, as well as progress payments throughout the completion of larger jobs. Deposits for plumbing and heating were received weeks after scheduled dates, and shorted. Despite this, we continued to work diligently for you and your husband. In fact, we were working at your property the previous 2 days before you wrote this review. We have been in business for 19 years, and our goal is always to deliver quality work, maintain open communication, and provide fair pricing. We regret that this situation escalated to a negative review. We feel the other reviews here prove we are not the worst plumbing company in New Bedford. We are happy to discuss any remaining concerns privately to find a resolution
