Personal and professional
Mike is a true professional. Thorough and a great communicator, he takes time to explain his treatments and what to expect and look for after his applications. A happy customer for 6 years.
It wasn’t just an extermination spray and done. Michael discussed concerns he found and options to reduce the risks. I am very thankful for his observations, input and professional expertise!

Cogent Pest is great! I have been using them for a couple of years now for normal pest inspections on my home. The service is great and it is very affordable. I highly recommend Cogent Pest Elimination for pest control needs. Michael has helped us take care of a brown recluse spider problem in our home, along with helping to keep the rest of the local bugs at bay. He is prompt and professional and even allowed my three-year-old son to watch him check our pest monitors…
