Gary Peot makes it easy, like an old trusted friend and a true professional at the same time. Patient and down to earth, he let us drag him all over the Hills looking at properties, and we still bought the first one he recommended. His instincts were right, and the recommendations held up. Honest even when it cost him, full of ideas we had not considered, and attentive to how we live. He was there when we needed him. We have bought and sold several properties over the years, and he is by far the best agent we have used. We are planning more sales and our forever home with him. He made the impossible possible. We recommend him wholeheartedly.
