Colleen has been perfect for us. We chose Colleen to find our starter home back in 2017. She did such a great job, that we chose her again to help us get into our forever home. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and maneuvers the market like she writes the script herself. We knew we were going to be picky going into this process. We were slowly outgrowing our first home, but were not in a hurry. Colleen did a great job taking her time in an odd market (in my opinion), and finding us our dream house that we plan on being in for the rest of our lives. She was patient with us, as it took us 5 months to find the right house, and did a great job explaining her thoughts on each house we visited. Her experience played a major part in our decision making, and we would have never been able to get into this house without her help. From start to finish, she made it easy, kept us on the right track, and answered our questions in a professional and realistic manner.

I have nothing but nice things to say about Colleen. Selling my condo was bittersweet but she helped make the process and the transition very smooth. Collen first came over and did a walk through and had a binder set up just for me and gave me a market analysis. Colleen is so knowledgeable about the market trends. Colleen kept me updated on everything that was going on while I was at work/school. The showings were set up perfectly through the app and I knew who was coming and going with no surprises. The pictures of the place looked amazing which was such a great marketing piece and she talked me through every detail of what the offers were and what they meant. As offers came in, Colleen let me know what was offered, things that needed to be addressed, and if they wanted anything looked into by a professional. Colleen was great at negotiating a price that was agreed on by both parties and the stipulations set forth.
