Warning! If u care about your furniture do not choose this company! Unprofessional! My friend hired this company to handle her furniture with care but unfortunately, they failed. I was there and saw them damage her furniture and they won't take any accountability.

Do not hire this company. Look at all the reviews with BROKEN furniture. The crew broke two pieces of my friends furniture that she just bought and didn't seem to care at all. When she brought it up, they got defensive and argued with her instead of owning it. They also spent a lot of the job chatting with people walking by while she was being billed by the hour. Rude, careless, unprofessional and now they're ignoring her damage claim emails. Do not hire these guys.
Price assessment: Overpriced

Horrible experience. Guys rolled up in a truck reeking of weed and tried to get me to move some of my own belongings after seeing i had a pickup truck. While i was distracted giving my leasing office my key the two movers took off abruptly to my new place without even telling me they were leaving. Running back into my unit i see they left rugs and a few various boxes. After calling and arguing with them they refused to return and finish the job. They then proceeded to drop all boxes and furniture in my kitchen and quickly depart. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau which this franchise already has a low rating, I have lived and learned when it comes to movers YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

It’s now 3:00 PM, and I’ve been waiting two and a half hours for an update or even a confirmed ETA. I haven’t received a call, a message, or an apology for the inconvenience. My son canceled his Sunday plans so we could get this move done today, and the lack of communication has made an already stressful situation worse for both of us.
Please call or text me now with a confirmed ETA. If you can’t complete the move today, tell me immediately so I can make other arrangements.

College Hunks did a magnificent job of taking a king size bed from the garage and setting it up in the 3rd floor master. they also transferred boxes from the 3rd floor to the garage. They did an excellent JOB! Would highly recommend this moving company for all your needs.
