We needed a short notice, small move from one assisted living facility to another and the "hunks" came through for us. I scheduled with the corporate office and the local movers were great. They moved everything (mostly) safely and efficiently. I would offer that the corporate office could require some pre-recorded video training for new employees that would keep them from slamming antique furniture wheels against door thresholds. Antiques 'wheels' are VERY different furniture than current-day workshop casters. We were pleased with the service and plan to use them again when we have a need!

I Do not recommend this moving company workers are not properly trained put a hole in my wall the boss does not care about the employees or there pay enough for them to do the work carefully in right all he cares about is the end of the job when the bill is paid and he keeps their tips if they don’t say anything one of them told me terrible experience and overpriced for the job do not recommend

Nothing but good things to say about this company. I booked a next morning junk removal and they called me that night to get details and confirm. Next day they were right on time and were so great with our disorganized chaos. We needed their help fast and they delivered! They gave us a great price too! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with CHHJ Rockford. We just completed a move and had a lot of items to get rid of that were left by the previous owner or shouldn't have moved to begin with. The crew that came was on time, courteous and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Had to replace a hated couch so did online appointment. Something showed on their site that couldn't be replicated. A little back and forth but got resolved. Two gentlemen showed at time they said and were very professional and had a very good process. Thank you.

Very bad experience with this business. You can not trust them. When moving out old appliances and furniture the workers said they would take 2 twin mattresses in the load if we tipped them. Then, unkown to us the workers threw the mattresses out into a ditch about 3 miles from my place. A neighbor saw the mattress in the ditch and we had to go retrieve them. But the workers pocketed $200 extra. The company didn't offer to compensate. I will not use this company again.

So I'm not sure what happened I believe it was in September if this year I hired this company to help me move a bunch of boxes from my basement to the garage I thought everything went wonderful I even spoke to the manager victor and told him that when I ready to bring the boxes back in I definitely will be going through them. I called on Friday morning and spoke to victor and asked if we could set something up for next sat and he said he had to check the schedule and he would get back to me it is mon Eve know and still haven't heard from him I guess he doesn't want my business which I understand that's his choice but he could have at least told me that instead of leaving me hang. You snooze you loose
