Brandon and Stephen were FANTASTIC. Pickup was at my office in DC and during a meeting. Brandon and Stephen were quiet and considerate of the meeting and its attendees, plus quick, efficient, seamless and VERY professional. If you’re scheduling with CHHJ, I recommend asking for Brandon and Stephen!
I booked a move with them and they asked me to put down a $100 deposit, which they promised was fully refundable as long as I canceled more than 48 hours in advance. I ended up canceling the service because I felt it was too expensive for what we were getting ($775 for them to move 6 pieces of furniture and 10 boxes). That cancelation happened more than 3 weeks before our move. To date, they’ve refund my deposit or even answer about a timeline to get that money back. They never provided a service and we followed their rules for getting the deposit back. It’s deceptive advertising and a straight scam that they are ignoring my requests to refund this money. I’m never even considering them for a move again.
