Gavin and Luis called ahead to ask if I was available for an early pick up -much appreciated. They made short work of my large pile of junk that needed to go and beat the arrival time of the trash bin pick up coming in just under the wire. The timing could not have been more perfect. Fantastic service, will use again.

30.Oct.2026 I had the crew (Ben & Zed today) back to take a bunch random stuff (mostly donation) Old bicycles to a bike rack and even a gas grill. They called to let me know they were on their way, showed up on time, and took care of everything with a smile. It’s why I continue to use these guys. They do good work. 10/AUG/2026 My latest move with College Hunks to stage some furniture so work could be done in the apartment. Gavin and Thomas were on time with the appointment and gave me a heads up call on the way. The whole process was smooth and they took good care of my things in the move. Always easy to do business with. Another update for my latest service. Alex and Luis gave me a call to let me know when they were close and did an amazing job. They were taking out what is probably the heaviest and most awkward piece of furniture (a very solid wood cabinet at 350 pounds or so) and managed that as well as the smaller stuff with no problem. These guys are still my go to for any moving I need done and especially when I'm sending something to be donated as we did today. Updating to add my latest service session with these folks. Easily booked an appointment to help move some large pieces out of the way of the folks that will start a floor replacement in my apartment next week. Billy and Joseph were on time and really quick at figuring out the puzzle pieces of how to get things out of the kitchen/dining room and how to store them. They did such a good job that I'll be having them back to put everything back in place when the floor is finished. Really nice folks to work with and super efficient. I had gone through the web site to schedule the appointment for later the same day to have them remove some junk.Tommy & Andrew actually called to verify the appointment and address and offered the opportunity of an earlier time (though they made it very clear that I could keep the original). They showed up, followed all the masking and glove protocols and were super polite. They had everything squared away and were on their way in less than a half hour from showing up. This was the second time I've used College Hunks and both times they've been great. Wishing both the guys a Very Happy New Year. - aj

Gavin and Zed arrived. Gavin generated an estimate and clearly knows what he is doing, as the result was spot on. Both of them were friendly and capable. They worked well together and had a lovely calm demeanor. They worked with my scattered piles of 'this is trash', 'this is donate', made a plan and kept me informed the whole time. They confirmed everything with me. They were flexible as I found another 'pile' of stuff, and allowed me to quickly sort. Zander and Chris arrived to assist with another truck. Also friendly and capable. They all worked well as a team. I started with a full single car garage filled with the contents of a one bedroom apartment, added to it left overs from roommates, and the odd cat tree and a very large pile of flattened cardboard. They charge by the 'truck' plus some cost for time and labor, and one off small charges for mattresses and tires (required by CA state). A truck is measured as one of their shorter/garbage trucks. All my stuff came to 2 3/4 trucks. Keep that in mind when estimating your cost. Another big bonus for me, is they really do work with the donation houses and took most, probably 80/90% of my stuff directly to donation. Hint, it helped them that I had most of my donation from trash separated. I am super happy that all this is cleared out of my house, my porch, my yard, and my garage. I highly recommend College Hunks.

Great experience with College H.U.N.K.S Hauling junk. In less than 24 hours from my initial call, Ben and Jack arrived, loaded their truck, and were on their way in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional and very nice. Highly recommend this company. Cathryn

Would definitely recommend! Communication was great throughout the whole process, coordinated with Justin yesterday, and all my junk/garbage/recycling/donations were picked up this morning by Thomas and Eli who were fast, efficient, professional and sweet.
