I can’t say enough good things about Robert and the team at Collision Care. Since March, I’ve been dealing with an unbelievably frustrating and complicated insurance claim with State Farm involving my Porsche 911, and throughout this entire ordeal, Robert has been absolutely incredible.
What should have been a relatively straightforward process turned into months of headaches, delays, and unnecessary complications. Through it all, Robert has been patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me navigate the situation.
It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about their customers beyond just the work they’re being paid to do. Robert has gone above and beyond, spending countless hours helping me work through issues that frankly shouldn’t have been his responsibility to deal with in the first place.
If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind them, I wholeheartedly recommend Collision Care.
