I went from a 3 tab shingle and felt to an architectural shingle over 2 layers of protection on new decking in one day. The installation accomplished by Mason Groves and Mr. Elder's installation team was professional and accurate on the materials. The crew completely cleaned up my yard and placed the patio furniture back exactly as they found it.
They are honest and fantastic!! Definitely recommend, quality work and fast too!!
I recently contacted Colony Roofers with questions about a roof estimate. Andrew and Jamie are who helped me. They answered my questions with ease. The people I spoke with within the company are the real deal and I recommend asking for either of these professionals when you call. Excellent
Worked wonderfully with Adalberto on pricing and the team that came out knocked out the project in half a day.
My roof was installed within the week. The experience to this point has been on point. Good contact, I had a really good rep. Flexible with scheduling. Done in one day and no way to know they were here by 4pm.
Thank you, Jon! A full roof replacement done in a day with no trace left behind by 4pm — that's exactly the standard our crews aim for. Glad your rep kept communication easy and worked around your schedule. Enjoy the new roof, and don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything down the road.
Colony always does a great job. Took a minute to get on the schedule but the work done was great and solved my problem.
Thanks, Tim! We appreciate your patience getting on the schedule — and we're glad the repair took care of the problem for good. It means a lot to hear "Colony always does a great job" from a repeat customer. We're here whenever you need us!
I recently called upon Colony Roofers to properly secure my facia boards and replace my gutters along the front of my house. They came out promptly to quote and did a great job. I would recommend this company for your gutter needs.
Hi Diane, thank you so much for the 5 star review! Its was our pleasure assisting you and addressing your gutter and fascia needs. Thank you for choosing Colony Roofers!
Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I was told the gutter guards we included, however following the installation of the gutters, I was told that gutter guards were not part of the quote; after a chat with the very responsive owner the matter was address and they sent the gutter folks out the same day to install the guards. The initial gutter install was also less than ideal where they left trash and debris including a 30ft section of gutter sitting on my yard. I later found out this was a subcontractor, and my project manager Thomas came out the very next morning and cleaned up the site. If it hadn’t been for the issues with the gutters they would be an easy 5 star experience. If you go with Colony ask for Thomas to go the inspection and quote!
Thomas, thank you for taking the time to write this review and give us this feedback. We will put it to good use and truly appreciate your patience as we worked through some of these things with you! I hope you enjoy your new roof!
Ashley and team were great to work with. Came out fast to resolve my roof leak. Highly recommend!
