Jim from Colorado Asbestos Inspections came by my fixer-up condo purchase to evaluate my popcorn ceiling. An extremely quick return of my call as well as coming over the same day I called made for a great experience! My son’s apartment in an 1800 ‘s building had linoleum that was causing us concern and the landlord wouldn’t do anything to assure us it wasn’t asbestos so I had it tested myself! Great company to use for such testing.

Fast, professional, to the point. I am a GC on a medium sized commercial remodel. I had my inspection report within 5 business days. I have not had to deal with abatement. However, Jim explained the key observations that helped me hedge against an unmitigated disaster. It helps when you deal with knowledgeable folks like Jim. A solid recommend.
