I've used inspection services multiple times, but I have never run into a more professional operation. Nick from Colorado Inspection Limited was the most thorough and personable inspector I have come into business. His inspection covered the gamet and gave me a complete understanding of the issues with my home, labeled with associated severity so that I could easily determine what to put into my exception response to seller. 5 star service highly recommended don't look for anyone else
Very thorough and professional
Nick was great! He came recommended by two independent sources and did not disappoint. His inspection was thorough, and the report came back quickly. He made sure we understood everything he found and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had him inspect our new-construction home before our builder warranty ran out. His report lets you select which items to submit to the builder and add your own notes, which saved me a lot of time putting my warranty claim together. I'd hire Nick at Colorado Inspection Limited again without hesitation.

Water test of a private well for bacteria and particulates. Inspector arrived on time and completed test within time stated and spent extra time to gather additional info on current water system to ensure it was performing as expected. I would recommend and use this company again.

Nick Dickason is Incredibly thorough. His Inspections provide literally everything you would want to know. His reports are incredibly well done. Nicks friendly, professional, and super easy to talk to . Nick will sit down and take all the time you need to discuss the report. This is not the first time we have hired Nick. Something tells me it won’t be the last. Job is superb.
