The install went very well everyone was very pleasant to work with very pleased with the radon mitigation. Radon levels are very low now is way down now. I would definitely recommend this company to do the install.

They found a way to install the radon system where other vendors could not. Post install the system is working well, radon levels are < 1 pci/l. They were clear about pricing before we started and they held to that price. The installers arrived on time and got the job done in one day. Overall, this is a very professional outfit.

Jeffco sent out free radon tests. Ours was SKY HIGH +13!!! Consulted Next Door and found Alex Gable’s COLORADO RADON CO. Tim gave me a thorough explanation of possible scope of work starting with a new fan. Alex arrived at appointed time, was cool with our overly curious dog, explained what was needed suggesting the lowest priced new fan (“Maverick”) rather than the most expensive. Installation was quick and thorough. Within 24 hours our personal radon detector showed a 1.5 level, indicating radon mitigation is real when the fan actually works. Highly recommend CRC, and high praise to Tim & Alex for being honest and conscientious when backing the company’s promises.
