From providing a fair and timely estimate to having our new unit installed just a few days later, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The technician, Brad, was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the way our heat pump works and why the slight temperature variations occur. He was very helpful and also careful not to leave a mess. Also, I am thankful that Columbia NW Heating includes Fishhawk Lake in its service area. It is not always easy to get services this far out in the coast range. Thank you again!!

This year Brad was our service technician. He was friendly and professional. He clearly answered our questions and provided valuable information regarding our gas stove fireplace. Brad found a hairline crack in the burner assembly and even though it will be find this winter season we will replace it before next season. He performed a very thorough inspection and maintenance on the fireplace. The whole process with Columbia NW is always so easy. From the scheduling to having our appliance serviced. Top Notch! I highly recommend them for your service needs.

It was just a simple furnace clean up, but the technician was fast and friendly. It was recommended that we get the blower fan cleaned up no pressure to make the choice now was used. But like I said I have always liked there arrive and recommend them to everyone
