I experienced deceptive bait-and-switch sales practices but they ultimately got the job done even though I was lied to repeatedly and I had to yell and fight with the technician. Not an enjoyable experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT WORTH IT. I could tell most of the good reviews were fake/bot but I figured I'd still give it a try. I called for as estimate and told him I needed to know how much it would be BEFORE they came out. He told me 40 for the trip and 160 for the (push to start) key replacement (lost key, needed a new one). I confirmed my exact car and that they knew and had what they needed. A technician arrived quickly but he told me it would be 395 after I was quoted 200. I was firm and adamant that I was not paying more. He tried to weasel and the argument continued. It was gnarly. He dropped it to 300 and I said no, he kept arguing, and I walked away. He stopped me and said "Wait, how much money do you have?" I told him I would not pay more than 250. It took some more VERY AGGRESSIVE haggling and a raised voice and a lot of cursing and he finally conceded once he knew it was 250 or nothing. After he completed the job he then added 40 dollars to that agreed-upon 250 from the previous fight. I was flabbergasted. It got ugly. I started yelling, neighbors were looking, and he backed down, took the 250, wrote my receipt, and left. I cannot imagine how many people they have deceived and bullied. I was aggressive and firm and it was a straight up fight. I do not recommend these guys and Im kicking myself for even giving then my business after the first deception. They're out here praying on vulnerable people who need help.
