I had such a great experience with Comfort Home Inspections! Chris was absolutely amazing! He was really kind and very patient with all the questions I had. This is my first home and he took his time showing me everything I needed to know. He took lots of pictures and noted things I didn't even notice. Chris Knack did an amazing job with the inspection of my potential new house. He was professional, personable, prompt and so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. My purchase offer had an incredibly fast turnaround time, and Chris not only managed to squeeze us into his schedule but he did the inspection and provided a very detailed report (with photos) that same afternoon! He spent several hours at the house looking at details that I wouldn’t have even considered. Chris also made himself available during and after the inspection to answer any questions I might have.
