Service tech, Jonathon, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing. I've used Comfort One in the past and will do so again if needed.

My experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning has been nothing short of excellent. They installed a complete, new split system unit in my house nearly 8 years ago. In those 8 years since, I have had zero issues with any of the equipment or quality of work that was done by the professionals at Comfort One who…

Comfort One continues to deliver a quality experience. Short notice appointment and expert advice!
I have used Tapps for about 15 years. He is quick to respond, honest and treats me right. I have used him on my home units along with my rentals. He babied one of mine along until it no longer could be repaired. He then replaced it at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable, explains what's going on, and…

She had a tech out right away! Their communication is top notch - we received a text confirming our appointment and another when…
