This company is still outstanding. They continue to be very responsive and on time!. They explain everything, as much info as I need (and more). I really appreciate their special 'Comfort Club' membership for biannual maintenance visits to keep our 2 heat pump units functioning optimally (just completed our 2nd…

My experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning has been nothing short of excellent. They installed a complete, new split system unit in my house nearly 8 years ago. In those 8 years since, I have had zero issues with any of the equipment or quality of work that was done by the professionals at Comfort One who…

Honest business. friendly and professional employees. I have been using their services for more than 10 years at 2 properties. It's a small family business , so you don't have to deal with multiple departments etc! They are also more knowledgeable about installing heat pumps than some other installers in this area.…

Twenty or more years ago, I wouldn't have been amazed by excellent customer service, but in this day and age, I am more than pleasantly surprised. Very nice and professional people that work at this business. Responsive, same day, to email, text, voicemail, or in person or telephone questions. (We didn't have many…

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out. Prior to going with Comfort One for our new unit, we received bids from several other…
