Professional and kind, they cleaned up after themselves and even asked if I had extra paint to touch up any areas that needed after they had to remove old grids. Our air flow has never been better. Honest company and the customer service is A+. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Juha with Comfort one Air Conditioning did a very good job with taking care of my needs! They are very professional and communicative! Will definitely continue to use Comfort one!
Jon is always thorough, upfront and honest. Best HVAC company in the valley.
Comfort One continues to deliver a quality experience. Short notice appointment and expert advice!
AC unit gave up the ghost on a Saturday and they had the new unit in on a Tuesday before a heatwave set in, it was nice to have it done so quickly and efficiently
I have used Tapps for about 15 years. He is quick to respond, honest and treats me right. I have used him on my home units along with my rentals. He babied one of mine along until it no longer could be repaired. He then replaced it at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable, explains what's going on, and…

Free estimates, and when we had an emergency, we received immediate service on a Saturday. John was extremely kind and professional and went above and beyond. We recommend this company.
Comfort one was great to work with, Taps came out to our home as soon as possible to diagnose a freon leak in the attic. The next day, his very friendly techs came out and had the problem fixed in less time than quoted and right on budget. We'll be using Comfort One for all our AC needs in the future for sure!
The technician was very knowledgeable and identified the problem in just 15 minutes (a wrongly wired thermostat). He was a very nice guy and very professional. He spoke highly of the company and boss. That says a lot.
Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200,…
Technician arrived with the diagnostic tools to determine the problem as well as the tools for repair. Obvious the tech knew what he was doing. The furnace required a new Capacitor which required the Tech to go up on the roof. Job was done in less than an hour.
