Comfort One is by far the best A/C company I've come across. They never try to upsell anything, they only focus on what is best for your system. They're also a family owned small business and use made-in-America products! Their lead tech Jon is an A/C guru. 6/5 stars!
Jon showed up early did an excellent job and was very friendly. I will recommend Comfort one to everyone.
I have used Comfort One since 2018 and love them and their service! They are honest, integrity based and service oriented. It is like dealing with a friend who is taking care of you. Also 2 of my friends have used them and one even said I saved her life with them they loved them so much. I have dealt mainly with…
Comfort One Air Conditioning is the best AC company out there! Anytime we have had a AC emergency they have been out same or very next day to get us back up and running! Highly recommend!!!
This year when the thermostat went out they were able to again send someone same day, replace the part, and get my heater running same day!
Comfort One came highly recommend from a reliable reference. Jonathan is always congenial, knowledgeable, informative and I never feel like he is trying to sell unnecessary repairs or services. I will definitely continue using them ongoing and recommend Comfort One!
Very fast service, got our unit up and running and our house cooked off very quickly! Thank you!
I have used Tapps for about 15 years. He is quick to respond, honest and treats me right. I have used him on my home units along with my rentals. He babied one of mine along until it no longer could be repaired. He then replaced it at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable, explains what's going on, and…
The service tech was professional and clean with his work. He also was informative about the need of future service that may be needed. Thank you!
Our A/C stopped working and of course it was the first hottest day of the year. Jessica was the only one to actually answer the phone without getting put on hold for an extended period of time. They came out the next morning and got it back up and running within an hour! I would definitely recommend Comfort One…
I've used Comfort Once A/C ever since meeting the owner. The most important thing I value is that the company is local and responsive to when I need any repairs or maintenance. The old companies I would use could often just give me next day schedules in middle of summer. My last recent tech Juha has been to my place…
Very responsive and transparent during the whole process
John was great. I can hardly wait for my AC to breakdown again so I can hire these guys.
I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and…
Taps is the best! Very reliable and excellent service!
They were very efficient and wonderful to work with. They were honest with what they found and had our leak repaired in under 2 hours. Our house went from 79 degrees to 75 degrees in 30 mins. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!!
On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the…
I bought a TRANE air conditioner from Comfort One Air Conditioning about 5 years ago. I had a problem with the thermostat about two years ago and they came right out and changed it out for me. No charge. Today when I got home from work I noticed the house wasn’t cooling so I called Comfort One about 1:45 pm and by…
Quick response, professional staff, Honest!!
Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got…
Our AC started leaking and was pooling under the pedestal and these folks were able to get a guy out in under two hours . He fixed the problem for the time and suggested a more permanent fix which was very helpful and we will be going forward with. Thanks guys.
Taps and his team are incredible!! Very responsive and beyond competitive/ reasonable pricing. Very honest and kind techs!! Great work and communication. 10/10!! Highly recommend!!
Taps and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, take the time to run all the diagnostic tests, had parts on hand and are fairly priced. I contacted them on a Friday evening, and Taps was out the next morning and had my AC running within the hour! True quality work and great people to work with. I highly…
