Very thorough and a pleasure to work with.
Finally an A/C company that I can trust. Workers arrive on time and are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a yearly maintence program that includes two visits. This is so convenient. I need that reminder that service is due.
Taps at Comfort One AC was excellent. He checked our AC out and found it was running well, giving us peace of mind, ensuring a worry-free and comfortable summer season in AZ. Comfort One is our go-to HVAC-Service company. I highly recommend them.
Jon is always thorough, upfront and honest. Best HVAC company in the valley.
So happy to have found such a professional and caring company as Comfort One! The BEST!!! And we love Jonathan who gives service with a ☺️!
My experience with Comfort One Air Conditioning has been nothing short of excellent. They installed a complete, new split system unit in my house nearly 8 years ago. In those 8 years since, I have had zero issues with any of the equipment or quality of work that was done by the professionals at Comfort One who…
Very helpful and responsive. Thank you

I have used Comfort One since 2018 and love them and their service! They are honest, integrity based and service oriented. It is like dealing with a friend who is taking care of you. Also 2 of my friends have used them and one even said I saved her life with them they loved them so much. I have dealt mainly with…
Honest business. friendly and professional employees. I have been using their services for more than 10 years at 2 properties. It's a small family business , so you don't have to deal with multiple departments etc! They are also more knowledgeable about installing heat pumps than some other installers in this area.…
Comfort One provides me with confidence that my systems are properly functioning and ready for summer. Tech was prompt and clearly communicated the work.
Comfort One has done a great job with annual checkups and the occasional need for servicing. Prompt, courteous, and trustworthy. Most recently, Jon really went above and beyond with noting and patching some probable leaky areas on my roof around pipes as well as a missing shingle. Joanna was really helpful with…
Quick, honest and friendly.
I have used Tapps for about 15 years. He is quick to respond, honest and treats me right. I have used him on my home units along with my rentals. He babied one of mine along until it no longer could be repaired. He then replaced it at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable, explains what's going on, and…
Comfort One installed our heat pump in 2018. We've had system maintenance check ups every year since. They've earned 5 star reviews every year. They're one of the few companies I trust completely.
Comfort One did an AMAZING job on our AC! We recently purchased our first home and called them to complete some repairs. Jessica was great to work with when we called to schedule service. She had a tech out right away! Their communication is top notch - we received a text confirming our appointment and another when…
AC works great now and much quieter also. Will schedule a check every year
