We have used Command for their HVAC services for years, but this time we used them to clean our ducts on our new (pre owned) townhome. Curtis and Cain were polite, professional and very good in their preparation and cleanup. We highly recommend them as they are the best in the business.
I've trusted Kiley for years now. I'm an engineer with a history of industrial HVAC and Kiley is the only one I trust to work on my house and a commercial property that I manage. I've dealt with at least 4 other HVAC professionals in Lincoln and some of those are the big three. I trust Command to go into my house with my dogs, fix ormor my unit, give me honest feedback/reports with fair pricing. He's always stood behind his work and gone beyond what he was hired to do. My 20 year old system works as safely and efficiently as it did when we bought our house 12 years ago. Edit 2026: Command Heating and air just installed our new furnace and Comfort Plus A/C. Our old system never failed but was aging quickly with higher liklihood of failures and expensive repairs. The install was clean and quick. He worked with us on scheduling and ensuring that everyitng was done well and neatly.
