Cannot recommend these guys enough! I've used their service twice now and each time the crew that worked on our moves have been so efficient, handled our belongings with care, and have also been such friendly folks that put in all that hard work and heavy lifting with a smile. Their pricing is incredibly fair, communication is top notch and they are very punctual and I'm still in awe of how quick and easy they've made our moves. If you need it done these are your guys!

So there were these two young gentlemen helping today move in some of my new neighbors and the new neighbors were quite pleasant and don’t put any kind of rush on the movers. The two young movers move data, almost military pace very quickly almost wanna say you know, y’all can slow down, but I just didn’t get in the way and let them do their thing but yeah whoever worked today in Kyle for this company or no sorry Buda Texas near a firecracker Drive location should definitely be acknowledge. I parked out of their way and they were like telling me like you can park here. It’s fine. We could move like it’s not a big deal. That’s a lot more work for y’all. They tried to ask me again if I would like to relocate my car and they were just polite and again super fast.

Highly recommend! The movers were fantastic from start to finish. They worked incredibly hard, hustled the entire time, and were very careful with all of our belongings. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the moving process so much easier. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating when I needed to change our moving date. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of service. We were extremely happy with the experience and would absolutely use them again!

Craig and Nicholas were AMAZING! This was the first time I used professional movers and I highly recommend them. They were extremely diligent and careful with my items, and most importantly they had awesome attitudes (even with moving me from a 3rd story apartment!). A huge plus is that they were super affordable! I had quoted out other companies but they had an unbeatable price and plus the scheduler was super responsive and answered all my questions. Book these guys!!

I had a great experience moving from a house in North Austin to a high rise right downtown. From the time I reached out for a quote, to finishing the move, Common Sense was communicative, punctual, professional, and fair. Vincent and Alek were responsible for moving my things and did a fantastic job, treating my things with care, moving efficiently, and coming in under estimate which is always a welcome surprise. Common Sense will be my go to movers!

The whole service was fantastic. Communication was speedy and it was easy to get an estimate and book a moving date. All 4 of the movers who helped us (Zach, Dylan, Jordan and Brian) were efficient, polite and careful. They even finished a little before the estimated time frame. The price was very reasonable and much better than other companies. They are locally owned so it is always nice to help local businesses. I highly recommend their services!!!

I wish I had the same experience as everyone else—the high ratings are exactly why I booked them. Unfortunately, this was the least professional moving team I’ve ever encountered. Their process was unorganized and careless. Having hired movers six times in the last 10 years, I have never once seen handprints left on my furniture because professional companies always use shrink wrap. These guys showed up with zero moving supplies. As a result, they soiled my white linen sofa, accent chair, and light blue bed with dirt and handprints. I couldn’t believe my eyes as they were moving things in; it looked like they had laid the foot of my bed flat on the dirty, greasy floor of their truck. The damage is extensive. Three of the six sofa cushions do not zip off, meaning dry cleaners cannot clean them, and professional fabric cleaning failed to get the stains out of the bed. I could have sold my furniture, moved for free, and bought new items when I arrived. Instead, I made the conscious decision to pay for professional movers because I love my bed and sofa. I deeply regret it now—I essentially paid people to ruin my furniture. While management credited me $250 afterward, it doesn't even begin to cover the cost of the damage.

Hello Caroline! We appreciate the feedback & will use it to continue to get better. We try our best to keep every move efficient while also keeping our clients’ items safe. The crew let you know upon arrival that we do not wear gloves or shoe covers. We do want to clarify that we did not arrive with dirty or greasy hands. We also did not lay your bed pieces flat on the truck floor. They were wrapped in moving blankets & secured with moving bands during transportation. Although our insurance does not cover dirt or staining, we still chose to issue a $250 refund as a courtesy & gesture of goodwill. We also want to clarify the statement that we showed up with zero moving supplies. We bring a truck full of moving pads, hand trucks, four-wheel dollies, and moving bands to each job. We also keep shrink wrap on our trucks, but try to limit the unnecessary use of single-use plastic. Instead, we commonly use reusable moving bands to secure moving pads around furniture. This is a standard furniture-protection method used by many professional moving companies. We are not trying to hide our process or the quality of our work. We post photos of our crews’ work online on a weekly basis, including in our Instagram Highlight titled “Work Quality.” We encourage prospective clients to take a look so they can see how we typically protect & transport furniture & have accurate expectations before booking. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations & we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
