5/5 Stars — Outstanding service! I was dealing with a persistent Windows installation crash loop on my high-end ASUS ROG system due to an unstable i9 processor. Alex was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and diagnosed the hardware issue quickly. He managed to stabilize the system by adjusting the CPU settings so it runs smoothly without needing to replace the chip right away. On top of that, his pricing was completely fair, and he was wonderful to work with. If you need honest and expert computer repair in the area, Alex is your guy!
