Hi to all who are reading and considering Rudy's review. Rudy is a first-time customer. This morning, when he called, he got into a conflict with Jamie, who is my customer service advisor. He demanded to speak with me. I apologized and was attempting to move forward, but he wanted to continue with his complaint. Jamie has worked for me for about 6 years and has a good reputation. As you continue reading our reviews, please search for Jamie's name and see for yourself what our customers say about her. With regard to this conflict, I support Jamie. I don't feel comfortable with this customer, so we are moving on. I'm returning Rudy's vehicle to him at no charge. Sorry, Rudy, we are not a good match. Good Luck in your search. Thank you, Carrie. Your mom's 2013 Chevy didn't have enough miles on it to make me start my diagnostic with a major mechanical failure. I printed out the car's CarFax Report to check its service history. The report showed the transmission was serviced just a few thousand miles earlier. After speaking with you, I was provided with that repair invoice. The transmission was not serviced; it had a sensor replacement. Knowing that, I drove the car and monitored the shift data. I noticed the computer was using a "Shift Adapt Strategy" to manage slipping. Transmission fluid should be replaced at least every 100,000 miles. The fluid's friction modifiers wear out and can cause slipping. Slipping causes the computer to enter "Adaptive Strategy," which may be more aggressive. I replaced the transmission fluid and "Relearned" the computer's "Adaptive Strategy," and the transmission shifted like new. Thank you so much for your kind review.
