Brad at Complete Carpet Care was great! He was punctual, cleaned my carpets and upholstered furniture well, and his pricing is very good. He also was available within a few days of my call, which I really appreciate. I am very happy to have used Complete Carpet Care today, and I will definitely do so again in the future!

Brad was my service technician and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks amazing and he was kind and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future. Mike was also very helpful setting up my appointment and getting me on the calendar in a timely manner. Mike was seriously the nicest person. He did such an amazing job on our carpet. We are moving and needed to have the carpets cleaned and he did a wonderful job! Lots of really tough stains removed! I would give him 10/5 stars if I could!

I called Brad on Tuesday and he fit me in on Thursday cleaned the carpet after my carpet had a horrible pet smell. He fixed that and the price was excellent. I would use his services again.

I gave them a 1 star a few weeks ago believing that they just didn’t show up, but they just got the day wrong and were there the next day. They were fast and did an excellent job. Everything looked and smelled great. All stains were gone! Great service!

These guys are amazing. Price was great, quick response and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. My carpet was, from what I thought beyond saving, but they came in and it looks almost like new. I give them a 100 out of 10
