I can't recommend Kelsey enough. At the beginning of my health journey, I felt completely lost. New dietary restrictions left me overwhelmed, and I didn't know how I was going to get back to feeling like myself with more energy, less brain fog, and successful weight loss.
Kelsey listened carefully to what I was experiencing and helped me work through each challenge step by step. She provided thoughtful guidance, helped me develop an attainable plan, and encouraged me to make changes that felt sustainable rather than overwhelming. Her ability to meet me where I was while still pushing me toward my goals made all the difference. If you're looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable health coach, Kelsey is amazing.
The staff are awesome. Everyone is focused on how to help me get better. I've been making great progress and highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Alvin was incredible in helping me with a pinched nerve. I came to him on a Saturday - his day off - and he still made the time to come in, diagnose the issue, and help realign my back. I had an early flight on Monday that I absolutely needed to make, and before seeing him, I was in so much pain that I could barely sit. I’m extremely grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
His staff was equally outstanding - supportive, caring, and focused on making sure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated the level of compassion and service from everyone in the office.
Dr Alvin is an anazing chiropractor and adjusted me better than any other chiropractor has in the past. My appointment left me feeling better than I have in a long time. I came in with a painful/sensitive muscle issue and left feeling stronger and more flexible. Heather also saw me for posture alignment and I’m feeling more flexible than I was before. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Dr Christina O'Brien is excellent at helping you figure out what supplements are supporting you vs causing distress. Her approach is to be gentle yet push as hard as possible without causing further problems. She listens and understands the complexity of autoimmune conditions and makes every effort to support you as you navigate getting back to the health you want and deserve to be in. It is not an easy process and having someone on your team is vital to getting traction. Highly recommend Dr. Christina O'Brien if you want to work with a Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Alvin has kind and healing energy and went out of his way to help with my recovery. With his background in high level tennis, he knew exactly which muscles he needed to target to speed up my recovery. He was very detailed with his service and I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially athletes!

Had my first chiropractic session with Dr. Alvin Teng at Pickler Universe, and had an amazing experience. I actually met him through pickleball, so it was awesome finding someone who not only knows chiropractic care but also understands the demands of the sport firsthand.
He was really thorough, explained what he was doing, and I felt noticeably better and more mobile walking out. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clearly cares about helping people feel and perform their best.
If you’re an athlete—or especially a pickleball player—I’d highly recommend giving Alvin a shot. I’ll definitely be going back!

Alvin worked on me after a pickleball tournament. My only regret is that I didn't get him to work on me before the tournament!
