My living room all of a sudden flooded recently due to a slab leak. Gerry gave me a quote over the phone but came to give me a proper estimate. He came in and set up the air movers and dehumidifier. He returned 2 days later to put back the carpets, and steam clean and made sure the place was put back the way it was…

I was recently visiting California from Las Vegas and purchased a chair while I was there. I wanted to have it professionally cleaned before bringing it home, but the only problem was that it was a Sunday, when most businesses are closed.
I found Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning in Rancho Cucamonga, and I’m so glad I did! Jerry was able to come out on a Sunday and clean my chair, which was incredibly convenient. He was so nice, professional, and friendly, and another bonus was that he speaks Spanish as well!
His prices are extremely reasonable, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference in my chair. The upholstery looks brand new and is incredibly clean!
I wish Jerry was located in Las Vegas because I would absolutely have him clean my tile and carpets, too! If you’re in the Rancho Cucamonga area and need your carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces cleaned, I definitely recommend giving Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning a call. Great service, great pricing, and a genuinely nice person to work with!

I called Gerry to get an estimate on getting our office cleaned. He came after an hour to get us an estimate. He came to do our carpet cleaning this morning, and began setting up his equipment. The entire cleaning took about an hour. He was thorough with his cleaning, and the areas that we mentioned had stains, we told him to pass though extra times. He was attentive, and took his time cleaning our carpet.
We used to use a different company, and we're glad we switched to Complete Interiors Carpet Cleaning.
Response from the owner · Edited a month ago
Thank you so much, Kiara! It was a pleasure working with you. A lot of quick-turn cleaners rush through in 15 or 20 minutes with surface tools and claim stubborn traffic lanes or spots are permanent. Because heavy soil settles deep into the base of the carpet weave, true restoration requires proper dwell time, agitation, and high-heat truck-mount extraction to lift it out without packing it down. I’m thrilled we could bring your carpet back to life and exceed your expectations. We truly appreciate your business and the recommendation!

Gerry came out to clean out a office carpet in Upland The space had been empty for a while so it was extremely dirt and dusty. After the service it looked brand new. The dust and dirt was all gone. Used him after to clean the title walkway leading up to the office. Did an amazing job with both and would highly recommend to anyone.
