Customers frequently cite punctuality, thorough cleanup, and responsive communication as key strengths of the service. Reviews highlight successful tree removal, lawn maintenance, and trimming jobs, often noting reasonable pricing and professional conduct. However, low-star reviews criticize the hourly billing structure, alleging that crews work slowly to increase costs and that some repairs were inadequate or unrequested.

They removed our ash tree which they said was one of the biggest -and tallest they’ve seen in El Paso. They did an outstanding job! I am very pleased with their work and professionalism!
Muy buen trabajo. Muy limpio y rapido. El trabajador fue muy amable.
Outstanding work
They showed up when they said. They did such a great job! Almost returned it to its original condition at purchase. So impressed I had them return again 5 weeks later. I will continue to use them!!!
Excellent👌
I am very impressed with the work that Saenz Complete Lawn Care completed for me. Mr. Saenz is very professional and was very prompt in responding to my request for help with yard maintenance. His team works very hard to get the job done carefully and quickly. They cleaned up our front and backyard and removed a lot of old bushes and a couple of trees that were dead. The guys cleaned up everything after they finished and left my yard in terrific shape! A big thank you to Mr. Saenz and his employees for doing an outstanding job for a very reasonable price and finishing on time!
They respond very quickly whenever you contact them, and they get the job done fast—which is really important to me. They completely removed the dying agave and dead tree from my yard, including the roots. They had been such an eyesore and a headache every time I looked at them, so I’m so relieved to finally have them gone. Thank you so much!
Rueban the boss, came out himself on a Saturday and did a courtesy spraying for future weeds, even though the first spraying a month ago did the job. I urge everyone to use these guys. They're good!
Complete Lawn Care does a great job on my property. They maintain my lawn and shrubs and keep my property clean. I highly recommend them.
Great work and very professional service. The team did a great job trimming up globe willows that had never been trimmed before.
